Momken needed a well-structured, easily accessible Help Center that could serve users with different levels of experience, so I designed a comprehensive support experience offering a variety of helping methods, including categorized articles, powerful search, FAQs, and direct contact options, all seamlessly integrated into the dashboard to ensure quick and reliable assistance.
